Principal UX Designer | January 2021 – November 2025
Established and scaled the company's first comprehensive design system, creating a unified design language and component library that accelerated development cycles and ensured UI/UX consistency across a suite of custom digital applications.
Owned the end-to-end design for the entire physical and digital user experience of a novel blood diagnostic test, including the clinician and patient-facing test result report, blood collection kit packaging, and printed instructional materials.
